Our Four-Week Beginner’s Series is designed to provide you with the fundamentals of yoga and get you started on your own personal yoga path. We’ll cover the basics of yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), and provide insight into the various forms of yoga. Our instructors draw from a vast range of respected yoga traditions. We understand that each student is unique and we work hard to meet your individual needs. Whether you’re coming to get in better physical condition or simply stop the chaos of your mind, there is a style of yoga that’s right for you. At the end of the four-week series, you will have the opportunity to consult with your instructor about your personal goals and choose the next yoga class(es) that will help you meet those goals.
